Ms. Le Vu Huyen is the Managing Associate cum Deputy Director of the Center for Technology & IP Research, a Tech-IP commercialization practice of ALIAT. Ms. Huyen has nearly 20 years of continuous practice in the field of intellectual property, especially in IP asset management and commercialization and community specialties brands. She has provided commerically-oriented advice on IP strategy and management to both domestic and international clients.

Ms. Huyen’s most notable expertise lies in the establishment, management, and commercialization of collective marks, certification marks and especially geographical indications (GIs) under national and provincial Science & Technology (S&T) missions financed by State budget in Vietnam. Ms. Huyen has served as Chief Consultant or key Consultant for such projects in over 20 localities across both Northern and Southern Vietnam. Through these initiatives, she has played a vital role in increasing the commercial value and regional reputation of specialty products.

Ms. Huyen is widely recognized for her practical insights into aligning IP protection with commercial objectives. She provides end-to-end services that bridge legal registration, brand development, local identity protection, and community-based product marketing.
